We all know that being an entrepreneur is often more stressful than a typical 9-5. It doesn’t help that the lines between work and personal life can get blurry when you do something you truly love. This workshop will cover effective, creative and scientifically proven ways to reduce anxiety and cope with all that stress. It will also help entrepreneurs establish healthy boundaries for a sustainable work-life balance, where both business and the mind can thrive.
Session will be delivered by Anna Sinski
Anna Sinski is a qualified psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). Running her private practice in central London, she helps many different types of clients deal with mental health issues such as anxiety, grief, depression or trauma. Being half Polish and half Russian, but born in Libya and raised in Saudi Arabia, she strongly believes in adapting therapy techniques to individuals’ cultures, religions and backgrounds. Creative expression is another one of her passions and she spends a lot of time writing, as well as performing poetry.
