This is a women-group calisthenics group focused on building strength, confidence, and community in a supportive environment.

Sessions start at 11:30 a.m. sharp and follow a structured format:

• Meet & greet
• Dynamic warm-up
• Technical skill training (handstands, pull-ups, core strength, etc.)
• Reps & sets workout
• Stretch & cool down
• Community bonding time with Drinks and Fruit

Everything completely FREE, empowering Women to take on calisthenics and connect with each other

Whether you’re a beginner or already training, this group is about learning proper technique, progressing safely, and pushing your limits together.
We’re here to get stronger — physically and mentally — while building a positive female community in Alcobendas.
