## About Eliana

With over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and reporting, I currently serve as the CFO of a high-performing software company with a 30% EBITDA margin. My career includes leadership roles including driving a consulting firm to over €100 million in revenue through successful M&A transactions.
I am a recipient of the Forbes CFO Award for Excellence in Planning and Budgeting.
I’m also a former Big 4 Financial Auditor and hold the ACCA qualification.
For the past two years, I’ve been working closely with female founders with my company, CFO Power Up, helping them understand and take control of their financials — from planning and reporting to fundraising. My mission is to break the outdated understanding that finance is only for men or that it’s too complicated. I’m passionate about empowering women to use financial knowledge as a tool to run their businesses with confidence and make informed, strategic decisions.
