Come join us for the first in our mini-series of “Epic Rooftops in L.A.” Most will be at gorgeous hotels. They will vary~ brunch, dinner and some only for cocktails.

Lemon Grove is conveniently located a short walk from the Pantages Theatre. It’s one of my absolute favorites for their rooftop dining. Their signature lemon pasta is sooo delicious!! 🍋🍋

LEMON GROVE ROOFTOP- opened Oct 2022
The Lemon Grove is the latest Rooftop bar to grace the Hollywood hipster night scene. It is an exclusive members-only driven Hotel.

The new rooftop restaurant bar and garden is inspired by the agrarian past of old Hollywood.
Once you spot The Aster's tucked-away entrance off Vine and have the front desk buzz you up to the sixth floor, you'll arrive at a peaceful sanctuary that looks like a stylish Palm Springs Airbnb. The restaurant is a sleek mid-century modern space with lots of gold details, but the real draw is still Lemon Grove's outdoor patio. There are plenty of heaters, plush patio furniture and lovely decorative cacti throughout.

Chef Marcel Vigneron, a familiar name throughout Los Angeles and from Bravo’s Top Chef, is at the helm in the kitchen. Prior to Vigneron, another Top Chef alum, Sam Talbot, was attached to Lemon Grove.

From Eater LA— food critic review
The rooftop is the real stunner at Lemon Grove, offering an expansive view and expanding the footprint of the 7,200-square-foot indoor-outdoor restaurant. Though the hotel is adults-only with amenities for guests and members who pay $3,600 annually, Lemon Grove is open to the public, with enough seats for 112 diners. Top Chef Vigneron is preparing dishes like a grilled prawn starter with spicy sesame aioli; a modern tri-colore lyonnaise salad; bone-in ribeye; and a chitarra lemon pasta with turmeric, tom kha cream, and tomatoes.

As for drinks, beverage director and Soho House and Yamashiro bar alum Chris Wheelen put together a menu that spans non-alcoholic cocktails, beer, and wine. For those hoping for some spirits with a kick, Wheelan developed a limoncello spritz, as well as a grilled peach cobbler with bourbon, grilled peach, cinnamon, mint, and powdered sugar.
