In this talk, Anni Preis, founder of five to ten®, will take us through her real journey of turning one conversation into a skincare product, from the first idea to preparing for launch.

She will share the challenges she has faced along the way. She’ll talk about the 23 labs that said no, two rejected funding applications, the decisions that didn’t work out, and the things she learned to become a better female founder.

🎤 About the speaker:
Anni Preis, M.Sc. is the founder of five to ten®, a daily skincare brand with hybrid, part-mineral SPF 50, made in Germany. She runs AIP Invest UG in Leipzig, works as a consultant and workshop trainer in production and operations, and runs HR Match, a search practice for technical roles in mid-sized industry.
She started her first company at 28. Five to ten® began with one conversation in August 2025, and she is currently preparing the launch and building the brand's partner and ambassador network.

In this practical, hands-on workshop, we’ll explore how to move from simply asking AI questions to using it as a genuine work partner. We’ll look at everyday workplace challenges and explore how AI can help us work more efficiently, reduce repetitive tasks, and create processes that are easier to repeat.

Together, we’ll explore:

✍️ How can I get better results? Improve the way you prompt and communicate with AI.
⚙️ How can I reduce repetitive work? Turn recurring tasks into simple AI workflows and automations.
🤖 What are AI agents? Understand how they differ from workflows and when they can take on multi-step tasks.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a clearer picture of how to move from using AI as a tool to building workflows, automations, and AI agents that can help streamline your work.
You’ll leave with practical ideas you can apply to your own work, business, or creative projects. ✨

💻 What to bring:
This is a hands-on workshop, so bring your laptop if you can and try things out during the session.

If you want, you can also bring a repetitive task or process from your own work that you’d like to make easier. We’ll use real examples to explore what AI could do for you.

You don't need to be an AI expert. Whether you're just starting to explore AI or already use it regularly, the goal is to find ways to make it genuinely useful for your work.
