Feminine Medicine Circle

Hi everyone,
Let's gather for the Spring Equinox-- the true beginning of the Year is here. We will gather at the C.B. Smith park, in nature, to commune with the Earth at this auspicious time of the Spring Equinox.
Along with our Spring Equinox Activation, we will also do a moxa circle (mugwort) for our wombs.
(Moxa tx. is a Chinese Medicine heat treatment for specific parts of our body.)
This is a powerful treatment in Feminine Medicine.
We will also engage in a Feminine Medicine meditation for healing and activation.

All Women are welcome to come and hang out-- and share in our female only space.

Please bring:

• chair or blanket to lay on or sit on.
• journals
• water- snacks for yourself.
