Femme Finesse: A Women's Dance & Social Community

Femme Finesse is an empowering dance experience where EVERY WOMAN is invited to (re)disover her sexy, her confidence, her strength.

It's also a community! After the dance session, we continue the supportive and high energy vibe with a drink, bites, and great conversation at a local spot.

The 90-minute dance session blends easy hip-hop grooves and sultry Latin moves into a full-body release designed to lift your mood, awaken your confidence, and let go of what doesn't serve you.

Tonisha, our founder and lead instructor will guide you through a movement and a fitness experience perfect for beginners and advanced beginners who want a safe space to explore or re-connect with movement. Wherever you are in your dance journey - we've got you!
