Welcome to Femme Palette – a community and mentoring platform where women can network, learn, and discuss their professional challenges!

Who is the community for?
Our community is a safe space for driven women who want to connect with like-minded professionals, share their career challenges, get inspired and learn new things. It's great way to expand your horizons and broaden your professional network (and friend circle) by meeting other ambitious women in your location.
Our community is diverse - you can meet women of different cultures, nationalities, and backgrounds. Our members work in different industries such as HR, marketing, design, IT, etc. Some of our members are entrepreneurial and have a side-hustle or focus on their business full time.
The community is open for women of all ages, although our members are typically aged between 25 and 35. Our main hubs are in Berlin, Prague, London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, and we're now expanding to Paris, Copenhagen and Lisbon!

She Connects: Porcelain Painting & Connection, by Femme Palette

This intimate event is designed to bring together a small group of like-minded women who want to connect, exchange ideas, and build genuine professional relationships — all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Together, we’ll enjoy a creative porcelain painting activity while getting to know each other and having inspiring conversations.
With a small group of maximum 8 women, the evening offers a cozy setting that makes it easy to connect on a deeper level and build meaningful relationships within the community.
Whether you’re new to the community or have joined us before, this is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, get creative, and meet inspiring women in a relaxed environment.

The ticket includes one drink of your choice (coffee, matcha, tea, or another non-alcoholic drink) and event organisation.👉 Please note:
Each participant will choose and pay for their own porcelain piece during the event. The most affordable items (such as small flower pots or candle holders) start at 15€, while larger pieces range from 20–35€. This event is organised by Femme Palette volunteer in Paris Nastya Lebedeva, who represents Femme Palette values and helps grow our community locally.
