Co-work & Connect

Calling all BIPOC women artists, techies and all creative professionals!

Femmecubator's Cowork & Connect is a monthly in-person event designed to bring BIPOC women, femmes, and non-binary together for productive coworking in a supportive, community-driven environment.

Each session includes focused work time, optional mentorship with a UX Design professional, and opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals.

Event Flow:

1. Welcome & Goal-Setting (10 minutes): Participants briefly share their goals for the session.
2. Focused Work Time (90 minutes): Quiet coworking where attendees work on their own projects.
3. Mentorship Breakouts (30 minutes): Optional one-on-one or small group mentorship sessions with experts.
4. Wrap-Up & Wins (10 minutes): Participants share progress and celebrate small wins.
