A Self-Care for Solidarity Series: Nurturing the Community Together

In times when we feel the weight of the world around us, it’s more important than ever to prioritize self-care—especially for those of us who are working toward creating change and building a more just and equitable world.

This coming March, Femmecubator is hosting a Self-Care for Solidarity series, designed to support our community with a trio of nurturing events that encourage self-reflection, mindfulness, and movement. We'll explore ways to take care of ourselves so that we can continue to show up for each other and the causes we believe in.

DAY 1: Movement: Pilates with Erika (45 Minutes)
Sometimes the best way to take care of ourselves is by reconnecting with our bodies.

Join us for a rejuvenating Pilates session with Erika, where we’ll focus on mindfulness, breathwork, and strengthening our physical foundation. Pilates helps improve posture, flexibility, and overall well-being, while also promoting deep connection between body and mind. Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, Erika will guide you through a series of gentle yet effective movements to help you release tension and cultivate physical balance.Bring a mat, water and be ready to move.
