Womens Community Winter Dance Circles (3 Days/Times, In-Person & Online)

We specialize in offering a grounded, clear container within which one's feminine nature (both divine and wholly human) can awaken, express, heal, be still and wild.

All movement is at your own pace and intensity. Beginner and experienced movers welcome!

This is an established women's community and we've held sacred space for many years. Attendance is greater than listed on meetup!

THESE CIRCLES ARE FOR YOU IF:

• You need some support to get off your butt and move your body and spirit, knowing it's really okay to dance at your own pace for any reason, including body challenges or health issues.
• Life challenges are wearing you thin, you feel distress/stress and yearn to release and renew, center and ground.
• You feel called to be part of a women's circle (that will be doing more than just talking) and feel drawn to the safety and deep presence of shared sacred temple time.
• You're starting to really understand that self-care on a body/soul level is essential to your sanity.
• You love to dance and want more joy and juice in your life!

It’s important to me to make it possible for anyone who feels called to be able to attend! We don't want money to stop you from joining us. For more info please just message me! If you want to be there, we can work something out financially.

Some discount options include:

• Bring a woman new to the circles and you BOTH get 30% off the Full Price.
• Work-trade partial discounts: Usually in the form of being a Temple Helper for the circle you are attending. This includes activities like set-up, clean-up, and closing.
• Financial aid/partial scholarships: For those with limited income and for BIPOC women.

A sense of profound presence that is difficult to express in words because it touches the ancient and current power, tenderness and mystery of your body/soul journey.

THE STRUCTURE OF OUR RITUAL TIME:

• Gathering together, guidelines and theme.
• Ritual Induction.
• Being with & naming intentions and prayers.
• Beautiful musical journey with spacious guidance for at-your-own-pace freeform movement (or stillness, stretching, meditation, journaling, self-care, etc).
• Integration: Relaxation, grounding and completion together.

ABOUT HEATHER MUNRO PIERCE:
Heather is a dance priestess, mother, embodiment guide, and consciousness teacher. She has been leading dance rituals for over 30 years and is the founder of the Women’s BodyMystik Dance Community.
