Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, this event offers a serene escape from the daily hustle and bustle, allowing you to recharge and find balance. Join us for an morning of relaxation, self-care, and peace surrounded by the calming energy of nature.

This will be a 60-minute vinyasa inspired flow.
Since the mornings have been a bit more dewey I would recommend dressing in layers as well as bringing extra layers as we make our way to savasana.
All that is needed is you, I recommend bringing a mat, towel, or tapestry to practice on, but feel free to practice in the grass if that is your vibe(:
block or strap is not needed, but modifications will be offered if that is something that suits you.
