Hugely popular drinks, so let's make them!π₯πΈ This is your moment to share some starters and also the recipes you already tried.
If you have a scoby or grains, be sure to bring them so we can all share. If you don't know what SCOBY means, we'll help you out with some of ours πͺ
Tea, fruit and herbs/spices are also very welcome. Summer is here, so make it refreshing! π
Tip: dried fruit also works if fresh is hard to get. And you can use coffee instead of tea, as well

There's no fee, we only ask for a voluntary contribution for the electricity and heating π₯°π
As you know, this is not a workshop but a ferment lab, where we experiment and learn by doing and trying!
If you're interested in doing workshops, we recommend Pekel Ghent (in Dutch), they offer lots of fermentation classes where I teach those about drinks π
