What Is A Pitch-For-A-Date Event?
Pitch-For-A-Date is a take on the popular Pitch-For-A-Friend trend where instead of having your friend pitch YOU for a date, you’ll be pitching yourself to an audience of eligible daters about why they should go on a date with you!💭 Don’t know how to pitch? No worries! Our Certified Dating Coach and Matchmaker, Daphney Poyser, will be there with you to help guide you through what to say (and what not to say 👀), and to help direct any questions from the audience!
🎤 Not sure if you want to pitch? Also not a problem! Purchasing a ticket doesn’t mean you have to pitch! When you arrive you’ll put your name on the “pitch list” and we'll use that list to randomly decide who goes first.
✨ So grab your wing women, or your hype men, or just bring your beautiful self out to Mayer’s Garden on Thursday, April 9th, for an amazing evening of unique, flirty, fun! 😉

Fern Connections is an Inclusive Coaching, Matchmaking, and Singles Events Company, based in the DFW-area that works with singles across the United States and Canada. The company was founded in 2020 by Daphney Poyser who, in her role as a Certified and Award-winning Date and Relationship Coach and Matchmaker, has made it her mission to cultivate a company and team that is committed to serving their community at large by providing a safe space for people to learn how to build meaningful, lasting connections rooted in authenticity and acceptance. ↪️ Following the introduction, we will begin the yoga portion of our event. Following the yoga flow, you will have an opportunity
to mix and mingle with the other participants and the pugs*!*The pugs will be present the whole time, don’t worry 🩷
