Details
Are you constantly juggling parent-teacher conferences and doctor's appointments for your own parents?
Does your to-do list feel like an impossible mountain of responsibilities for everyone but you?
Do you ever feel like you're giving everything you have, with absolutely nothing left for yourself?
You're not imagining it. You're a part of the "Sandwich Generation," and the pressure is immense. It's time for some real talk.
This workshop is a dedicated, safe space for you if you are:
- A Millennial or Gen Xer feeling the squeeze of caring for aging parents while raising your own children.
- Struggling with feelings of guilt, overwhelm, or resentment.
- Nearing or experiencing burnout from the mental, emotional, and physical load.Looking for a community of peers who truly understand your unique challenges.
- Ready to move beyond just "surviving" and start finding ways to thrive again.
This isn't just another webinar. It's an interactive and transformative experience where we'll get honest about the pressures we face. Together, we will open up a conversation about maintaining our souls while navigating the beautiful yet messy reality of family life, and being sandwiched through it all.
In this workshop, you will:
- CONNECT: Share your experiences in a guided, judgment-free conversation with others who get it.
- IDENTIFY: Pinpoint the specific triggers of your stress and learn the early warning signs of burnout.
- HEAL: Explore practical strategies for setting compassionate boundaries, managing caregiver fatigue, and processing complex emotions.
- REGENERATE: Discover powerful, yet simple, self-care and mindfulness techniques that you can actually fit into your packed schedule.
- TRANSFORM: Leave with an actionable plan to reclaim your energy, rediscover your own needs, and build a more sustainable, fulfilling life amidst your responsibilities.
We will go beyond simply coping. We will create a path toward genuine healing and regeneration, empowering you to care for your loved ones without losing yourself in the process.
