Shamanic Journey Group for Monday October 24th
Details
Journey Group Monday October 24th
The journey groups have a suggested "Journey Topic" that we discuss before journeying. The group itself is a-la-carte and no previous experience is needed. It is not necessary to come to all of the groups in order to understand the concepts we talk about, all of these individual groupings can be done as stand alone topics. Distance option is available, send a message ahead of time to ensure a spot. The topic for the next few months will be exploring the Courageous Heart (http://eagletherapies.org/2016/02/16/sense-of-purpose-and-the-courageous-heart/).
We all have access to live in a world with a courageous heart. The courageous heart is made up of four different chambers, and these represent different aspects of ourselves. There is the Warrior, Healer, Teacher, and Visionary. This month, we explore the archetype of the warrior and what the warrior means to us.
Todays topic: Every month we always have to talk about the shadow. The shadow is that aspect of us that tries to do good, but it is that part of ourselves that is operating out of fear. Today we explore some shadow patterns of the warrior, and what happens when we try to stand in full warriorship but instead fall short and into these patterns. We explore the rebel, disciple, the victim, and discuss invisibility.

This is a space to learn about journeying and how to connect with yourself and your own spiritual guidance. We also welcome more experienced journeyers that wish to deepen their practice and find a small community to connect with. Events are free, but donations are greatly appreciated and help cover renting that facilities :)
