📖 WHAT HAPPENS IN EACH PHASE
🟢 Phase 1 — Introduction, Idea Jam & Team Formation (10:00 – 11:30 AM) Kick things off with quick intros, creative ideation rounds, and random team formation. You'll be paired with people you've never worked with — that's the fun part.
🎤 Speaker Session — FlutterFlow Marketplace Deep Dive (11:30 AM – 12:15 PM) An expert walkthrough of the FlutterFlow Marketplace — what sells, what's expected, and how to build components and templates that meet real-world standards.
🔨 Phase 2 — Team App Build / FlutterFlow Sprint (12:15 – 3:00 PM) This is where the magic happens. Your team builds a marketplace-ready app from scratch using FlutterFlow. Mentors will be available to guide you.
🍕 Lunch & Refreshments (3:00 – 3:30 PM) Refuel and recharge.
🧠 Fun Zone — Tech & FlutterFlow Quiz (3:30 – 4:00 PM) A fun, fast-paced quiz covering FlutterFlow knowledge and general tech trivia. Prizes for the sharpest minds!
🎬 Phase 3 — Demo Day & Pitches (4:00 – 5:15 PM) Every team gets to demo their app and pitch it live. Judges evaluate based on creativity, technical depth, marketplace readiness, and presentation.
