A Breathwork Ceremony of Softening & Renewal

This guided Breathwork Ceremony offers a gentle, supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and listen inward. Through conscious breathing, a curated playlist, and guided presence, you’ll be invited to soften into your body, release what no longer serves, and open to what is ready to emerge.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to your practice, this experience meets you where you are. Together we’ll explore breath as a pathway into embodied awareness, inner clarity, and the quiet unfolding of becoming.
You’re warmly welcome exactly as you are.
