Brunch at Grand Central Market

Details
Let's meet for brunch at Grand Central Market.
GCM is a foodie's paradise & an indecisive person's worst nightmare. The tourists, the lines, the challenge of finding an empty table, and the difficulty of choosing among the 30-or-so excellent stalls are well worth the effort. Why? Because the food at GCM is so yummy. If you're the plan-ahead type you can use this guide for help:

As you are my witnesses, this time I swear I will resist the temptation to return (as I always do) to La Tostaderia for a fish ceviche tostada or octopus taco, and instead try something new, like the dosirak (a sort of Korean bento box) at Shiku.
GCM is the epitome of the lowbrow high taste food that the late, great food critic, Jonathan Gold, made us famous for. So, let's celebrate LA and eat.
The early arrivers will look for and hold enough tables so we can all sit. I will be an early arriver.
