Spa World! Let's enjoy the famous "Korean Spa" in Centreville

To be nude, or not to be nude — it's completely your choice! You may have heard that nudity is mandatory at this iconic, amazing place, but bathing suits are also very much allowed.
Let's go together and enjoy the saunas, bathing pool and Korean café!

The relaxing, rejuvenating fun includes:

• Numerous saunas of different temps and themes like Amethyst, Charcoal, Salt Room, Ice Room, and my favorite, the Red Clay Ball sauna where you nestle into warm clay balls like a grown-up ball pit!

• Big spa pool with all sorts of jets targeting different areas of the body

• Extra-hot sauna, steam room, and cold plunge in the women's spa area

• Juice bar with coffee and Asian treats

• Café with Korean dishes where we can enjoy lunch barefooted in our serene cotton uniforms.

• How it works:

• Admission is $45, or $35 for 65+, $30 for military, and there are also Groupon deals you can find online.

• They give you a cotton scrubs-type "uniform" of shirt and elastic-waist shorts (unisex sizes S to XL) to wear in the common area, saunas and café. If you want to bring slippers or sandals, they must be clean/indoor only; most people just go barefooted.

• The saunas, relaxing common area, juice bar and café are mixed gender and we wear our scrubs-type suits.

• The water area is reached through the women's locker room and is women-only.

What to bring: Bathing suit if desired, towel if desired (small ones are provided), hairbrush, deodorant, and whatever else you need after bathing.

I'm happy to pick you up (up to 4 people besides me) at the East Falls Church metro station at 11:00 for the drive out to Centreville, or help coordinate other carpooling.
