Bio -
Molly Gaines is the co-founder and Executive Director of the Secular Education Association (formerly Parents Against Lifewise), a national, parent-led advocacy organization focused solely on K–12 education and religious encroachment in public schools.
A public school graduate and public school parent, Molly began this work in 2020 after noticing LifeWise Academy yard signs appearing in her Ohio community while her daughter was still too young to attend school. That early concern led to deeper research, a connection with co-founder Zach Parrish, and the realization that LifeWise was one piece of a much larger national issue.
Molly’s work includes research, advocacy, media outreach, and published commentary focused on protecting evidence-based, inclusive public education where children can learn free from religious pressure, coercion, and exclusion — because public schools belong to everyone.
