Healing Movements In-Person Class!

Join Julie Dillon for a weekly Healing Movements class! This class incorporates Yoga, Qi gong, Pilates, and gentle stretching to help you connect with your body, reduce stress, and increase flexibility and strength. Whether you are new to these practices or have been practicing for years, there is something for everyone in this class.
Julie will guide you through a series of gentle movements and stretches that are designed to promote healing and relaxation. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more centered.

Weekly sessions are held on Mondays at 4:00 PM at the Red Cedar Friends Meeting House, 1400 Turner St, Lansing MI!
Remember to wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat if you have one.
This class is free, although donations are gratefully accepted.
