In 2008, Kristi moved from Toronto, Canada to California to start a rehab/re-sell business. She purchased 27 houses in 2012 and 40 houses last year in Los Angeles and Orange Counties to rehab and re-sell, and also kept some as rentals. Her team consists of her business partner, Evan Younger, and full time office administrator Irene Duarte. Kristi currently lives in Long Beach, CA and enjoys outdoor activities and playing her acoustic guitar in her free time.

Ajay Mehra is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a B.A degree in business finance and currently one of the managing partners and CFO of MOR Financial Services, Inc. Ajay’s career in Real Estate began with the San Diego based mortgage brokerage, Premier Bancorp and later assumed the number one branch, where he was able to grow and maintain its status while successfully developing multiple top producing agents under his supervision. Ajay remained an integral asset in the growth and expansion of the Premier Bancorp up to mid 2008. Will Barnard is a Professional Full-Time Real Estate Investor and Developer. He currently specializes in flipping luxury homes with values above $1M. He has experience in almost every aspect of real estate investing including: spec building, rehabbing, wholesaling, land lording, short sales, land development, notes, and more. He does millions of dollars in real estate transactions each year. He is also eager to acquire more passive real estate investments this year such as notes, apartment buildings, and mobile home parks.
