What we’re about
The mission of the Fibromyalgia Care Society of America (FCSA) is to provide education, care, and supportive services to individuals living with fibromyalgia, their families, and the community at large. FCSA will also work to educate medical providers on the appropriate diagnostic, care, and treatment of those living with this condition.
The Fibromyalgia Care Society of America, Inc (FCSA) believes in the power of communal healing through peer-to-peer support.
The meet-up group is for anyone living with fibromyalgia. Through this initiative, the FCSA provides a welcoming space for participants to let out any stress and vent about anything they choose and use the community aspect of the group for communal support and the diffusion of possible remedies and ways to help and manage their fibromyalgia.
We are committed to working towards disability justice and understand that we must work towards a collective community in order to champion justice! We honor the insights and participation of all of our community members. We understand nobody or mind can be left behind and that only through collective efforts will we see the systematic change required to make it better for everyone living with fibromyalgia.
If you are a person living with fibromyalgia, we would love for you to join us at an upcoming event.
