Puppy Yoga

Join us for 45 min of puppy yoga followed by 15 min playtime with pups and then 1 hour group to discuss management of chronic pain. Bring a mat and water- if you dont have a mat let me know and one can be provided. It will be 15 dollars per person to help pay for the instructor & the room rental and cleaning.
