The Thursday Next Book Group: a conversation on fiction/nonfiction

FIRST THURSDAY (of the month)
3:30 pm Farmers Union Coffee House

I’m looking to start a small, thoughtful reading group (3-5) tilted toward literary fiction, nonfiction, history, w/an occasional Melville or Woolf.

The idea: once-a-month, conversation, discussion, focus on the text and ideas, w/occasional opinions thrown in.

We might start by naming 4-5 authors/titles we’d enjoy discussing: (Tocqueville, Melville, Woolf, Hillerman, A.M. Smith, etc.)

Low-key, respectful, conversational.
