September theme: Dark Academia - Katabasis by R.F. Kuang

This bookclub is for Dallas-area ladies ages 25-40 to read a book and gather monthly for a themed meeting and discussion. Meetings will be held the 3rd Saturday of each month, from 11:00AM - 12:30PM, at the group leader's residence near the lowest Greenville Ave area. If you want to make new friends who enjoy reading books and attending creative bookclub meetings, this is for you! Each meeting will be limited to 12 attendees.

November theme: Nonfiction November - ***The Art Thief: A True Story of Love, Crime, and a Dangerous Obsession ***by Michael Finkel. Who knew this pick would be so timely with the recent robbery at the Louvre?? If you've been following along with that story at all, or enjoy fast paced true crime stories with lots of unbelievable twists and turns, you'll love The Art Thief.

Come enjoy time with fellow readers and a discussion of Michael Finkel's book, The Art Thief. Tea and a snack will be provided. If you like, come dressed with an art history twist to fit the theme! I will send out a few discussion questions beforehand to give people some ideas, but please feel free to bring your own discussion topics! We will cover the whole book.

Meeting will take place at Catherine's residence near lowest Greenville Ave in Dallas - exact location will be provided before the meeting. Afterwards, feel free to continue the fun and go grab lunch on the lively lower Greenville!

A cat does live here, so those with allergies take note!
