Friday August 15, 2025 at 7:30pm, doors open at 7pm, 1702 East Glendale Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85020 (on the grounds of the Phoenix Friends (Quaker) Meeting). Join us for an evening of traditional, Irish, and contemporary folk with Don Cook, who has been a part of playing on the Phoenix music scene since at least the early 60's. He's well known and respected as a musical librarian and historian, and he is also a marvelous player of a variety of instruments, focusing most recently on acoustic guitar and the Appalachian Dulcimer. Admission is $10 at the door, and directly supports the artist and Fiddler's Dream. Doors open at 7pm and the music starts at 7:30pm. KN95 masks are required to be worn properly while in the room, and masks are available at the door free of charge and in a lovely array of colors.
Admission $10 at door, shared with the performers and the venue. Doors open at 7pm. KN95 masks are required and provided free at the venue. Thanks for supporting the music as we continue celebrating our 38th year! We could not do it without the support of our local music community and the musicians and poets and other artists that create such beauty for us all.
We will have seriously strong, hot brewed coffee and other beverages (sodas, Boxed Water, teas, and such) available at the show for $2. You can enjoy your drink while inside the room, the earloop masks make that easy; we ask that you ensure that your sips are short and delightfully sweet, to minimize aerosols in the room.
