Wednesday Evening Concert with The Pear Blossoms!

SPECIAL WEDNESDAY CONCERT with The Pear Blossoms! October 15, 2025, doors at 6:30pm, music starts at 7pm, at Fiddler's Dream, 1702 East Glendale Avenue, Phoenix AZ 85020. The Pear Blossoms are Alexander Jones (Texas, USA) and Dayna Pirso (Ontario, Canada). Each are accomplished musicians in their own right, having played music of all genres in every corner of North America and in Europe before coming together as The Pear Blossoms in 2022. The heart of their project is that of string band music -- both players have spent their entire musical careers steeped in Americana, focusing on pre-war era jazz and blues. They are delivering original songs written in an old and timeless style, as well as live renditions of tunes long forgotten. A micro-era of classical ragtime and parlour music in America. Some tunes never recorded, and now well over 100 years later, are being revived. This is a craft that is only made possible by countless hours spent in the archives, with great dedication and reverence.
$10 at door, shared with the artists and venue. They'll have merchandise and great music to share!
We are doing our best to be inclusive to all who would like to attend, to include those in high risk or immune compromised status. We are presenting live events while keeping the safety of the audience, volunteers, and performers as our primary concern, and N95/KN95 masks are required to be worn by attendees while inside. Masks are available at Fidd's and are provided free in a variety of fabulous colors!
We'll have hot coffee, hot water, cold water, and pop available for attendees to enjoy. Fiddler's Dream truly appreciates your support as we continue to celebrate our 38th year of showcasing local and touring musicians in an intimate, listening room setting.
