Happy Lunar New Year! The Year of the Fire Horse! Phoenix Folklore Friday will be celebrating Horses, Donkeys, Zebras and maybe a Unicorn. These fantastic four-leggeds from the Equidae family are prevalent in mythology, legends and folklore from all around the world. Come run with the Fire Horse!
Join us for an evening of traditional stories and songs that allow for a pause to reconnect with each other, to honor the past, and to reawaken our kinship with nature. The evening commences at 7:30pm. There usually is a break between the two hours to grab a drink and a snack, unless we have some cancellations. Then we will run the session straight through.
As always, the skill of the oral storyteller will ensure that the stories are appropriate for the audience.
Wishing you all the best, Chrissy and Rachelle Dart
