About us

Field Notes is a space for reflection, realignment, and returning to yourself.

A series of small, slow gatherings designed to help you tune inward - through guided visualisation, reflective journaling, and intentional conversation.

This is not a space for quick fixes or surface-level positivity. It’s for those asking deeper questions:

  • Who am I becoming?
  • What’s draining me?
  • What do I want to feel more of?
  • And what would it mean to live in alignment with that?

Each session is guided by Tash - a coach and facilitator who supports people in reconnecting with themselves through imagination, reflection, and intentional action. Her work is grounded in the belief that imagination is not escape; it’s a blueprint for transformation.

This space is for anyone navigating transition, burnout, disconnection, or simply feeling the quiet nudge toward something more aligned. You don’t need to have the answers - just an open mind, a curious heart, and a willingness to look inward.

Please note: This is a reflective group space, not a replacement for therapy or mental health care.
