Breaking into environmental science, conservation, sustainability, or ecology should not require unpaid labor, insider access, or endless rejection cycles. Yet most entry-level roles demand experience that early-career professionals are never given the chance to obtain.

This event introduces the Experience Builder, a new initiative from Terra on the Bench Studios designed to help people build real, documented, resume-ready field experience independently.

It is a walkthrough of a system. You’ll learn how to create applied environmental experience through structured projects that mirror real field, research, and compliance work and credited through a registered LLC when standards are met.
