Join Dakota Fox at the upcoming Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA) conference, October 18th - October 20th, for a special two-hour presentation - "Empowerment through Self Defense".
This two-hour, interactive seminar is the perfect introduction to the topic of self-defense, designed with females in mind. Before learning physical defense, it is vitally important for women to know the "other stuff"... the elements of self-defense that can be used well before an interaction becomes physical. Topics covered will include home safety, vehicle safety, verbal & non-verbal assertiveness, and more.
This seminar is open to:
✓ Persons interested in diving into the field of offering self-defense programs
✓ Persons who are intimidated by martial arts programs and want to find a gentle introduction to the topics of self-defense
✓ Persons who have experienced personal assaults or fear imminent assaults
✓ Persons from all walks of life - not just fitness professionals!
