Weighted Hike in Knoxville — Build Strength, Stamina & Resilience (Week 4)
Details
Saturday, March 7 | 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Approx. 6–7 miles
TVA Norris Dam Visitor Center (meet location)
We’ll begin near the TVA Norris Dam Visitor Center and spend most of the morning moving along forested trails near the lake, with frequent shoreline views and rolling terrain throughout. Expect steady climbs, rolling hills, and sections of single-track as we build distance without stacking heavy elevation.
