Join Fight2Feed in Making a Greater Impact in 2026
In 2025, Fight2Feed successfully rescued more than 54,200 pounds of food and essential goods from the KeHE Holiday Showcase at McCormick Place—the largest convention center in North America.
This year, we're aiming to increase that impact, and we need your support to make it happen.

Help us turn convention surplus into community impact.
Fight2Feed® rescues hundreds of pallets of food, materials, and essential items from conventions and sends them to our network of 102 partner organizations. We're on track to nearly double what we rescue this year, and we need 50-100 volunteers to make it happen.
***Have a few friends or group that want to volunteer together? This is a great opportunity to connect and give back together***
What you'll do: rescue, inventory, sort, pack, load and unload, and pull carts and pallets, all with a behind-the-scenes look at a major industry event. It's hands-on, high-energy work, with lots of walking.
Good to know
- You must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 25 pounds
- Wear long pants (jeans are fine) and closed-toe, nonslip shoes. No shorts, tank tops, or open-toe shoes
- Bring layers in case the weather changes
- Hairnets and gloves are provided and required when handling food
