"Gone are the days when the design was considered a “nice to have” in most organisations. Nowadays design is an integral part of all successful companies. Starting from zero we managed till today to structure a team that is the heart and soul of most of the customer needs and design outcomes.

Started in the early days with a centralised team, to move forward in a cross-functional organizational structure till today, where we managed to mix both structures and place the design team into the centre of the product and create a seat at the table, full of challenges that will help us craft the future of an experience driven design team within Kaizen."
