**Introduction: A unified Filipino professionals community in Australia 🇦🇺**

As the **Director, Founder, and Leader of the first ever Filipino professionals community in Australia** founded on the **1st of June 2019 (more than 5 years ago)**, I'd like to invite **all members** of our community **based across all Australian cities and in the Philippines** to a simple "**Filipino Professionals Canberra Lunch & Lawn Bowls"** on **Sunday, 1 September 2024! :)**

**After the COVID-19 pandemic,** our community is now continuing to **move forward in a post-covid world**, and after **more than 5 years**, our community has grown to include **Filipino professionals from Sydney, Canberra, and other Australian cities, as well as Filipino professionals from the Philippines** who are **in the process of migrating here or aspiring to in the future! :)**

As such, our community now has an updated official **'What We're About'** section to make these as the **4 main branches** of Filipino professionals in our community that are **all unified** under our **Official Logo** and **Official Platform:**

* **Filipino Professionals from Sydney.**
* **Filipino Professionals from Canberra.**
* **Filipino Professionals from other Australian cities.**
* **Filipino Professionals from the Philippines.**

We'll talk about career & professional development, and other topics which are of interest to members of our community. I'm also keen to hear ideas & suggestions from all members of our community on future events.

**✿ Filipino Professionals Canberra Lunch & Lawn Bowls ✿**

A simple family-friendly event to play a game of outdoor lawn bowls & lunch networking with members of our Filipino professionals community in Australia based in Canberra.

Feel free to RSVP even if you don't know how to play lawn bowls, as beginners are welcome to attend! :)

All members **based in all AUS cities & PH** are welcome to attend! :)

**Please Note: Feel free to RSVP even if you'd like to attend for just the lunch networking with members of our Filipino professionals community in Australia.**

**As the lawn bowls game is outdoors, the game may not go ahead if it's raining. However, lunch (indoors) will still go ahead if there's enough numbers.**

📅 **Date:** Sunday, 1 September 2024 (First Day of Spring 2024).

⏰ **Time:** 12:30pm - 3pm AEST. I'll book our lawn bowls & group lunch table for max 10 people (guests are welcome to attend).

Time is flexible as we'll wait for everyone to arrive before starting our simple lunch & game of lawn bowls! :)

🏠 **Venue:** The RUC in Turner, Canberra, Australia.

🌏 **Itinerary:** This simple Filipino professionals lunch networking & lawn bowls event will enable members of our community to network with members based in Canberra, and those visiting from interstate cities (AUS) & PH! :)
