Fill The Gap is a community built to help women make real friendships as adults.
If you live in Colorado, this might feel especially relatable. Many of us moved here for work, the outdoors, a fresh start, or a new chapter, and then realized how isolating it can feel once you arrive. Colorado is a transplant state, which means a lot of women are rebuilding community from scratch.
Fill The Gap started with two friends who kept hearing the same thing over and over again, I want deeper friendships, but I do not know where to find them. I am tired of putting myself out there only to feel awkward or unseen. So we built something we wished existed.
We host our events in partnership with local Colorado businesses we love. Supporting small, local spaces is part of how we build community, and each event reflects the vibe of the place hosting us.
Our events are guided speed friending experiences designed to make meeting new women feel easier and more natural. They are structured enough to remove the awkwardness, but relaxed enough that you do not have to perform, impress, or be anyone other than yourself.
Think speed dating, but for friendship.
You will rotate through one on one conversations using thoughtful prompts that help things flow. We start light, go a little deeper, and talk honestly about friendship and connection. After the structured portion, there is time to hang out, exchange information, and keep chatting with anyone you felt good connecting with.
Fill The Gap is for women who are new to Colorado or rebuilding community, women who want real friendships without pressure, and women who are tired of surface level connection.
You do not need to be outgoing.
You do not need to know anyone.
You do not need to have the right thing to say.
Just come as you are. We will guide the rest.
Our first events are for women ages 30 to 50. More age groups are coming soon.

Making friends as an adult is hard. Making authentic girlfriends can feel even harder.
If you live in Colorado, this might hit extra close. So many of us moved here for the mountains, the work, a fresh start, or a new chapter, and then realized how isolating it can feel once you arrive. Colorado is a transplant state, which means a lot of us are building community from scratch.
Fill The Gap was created for that exact reason.
FTG started with two friends who kept hearing the same thing from women over and over again, I want deeper friendships, but I do not know where to find them, and I am tired of putting myself out there only to feel awkward or unseen. So we built something we wished existed.

Here’s what you can expect from the event!
- Food trucks on sight for yummy food and snacks
- Parking is great at this location and easy to find
- First Drink included in PAID Ticket
- 30 women max. You will connect with 8 people during the game and more if you stay to mingle! Your first drink is included in the ticket. NA/Sodas available as well.
- ALL FUNDS for this event cover the space, your first drink, and platform fees. Every dollar goes back into hosting the event. We are not here to make a profit, we’re here to create community!
Event Details: 6-8pm (ish- you can stay and mingle if you’d like until 8:30).
6pm- Check in. Grab name tag. Grab a drink. Grab a seat!
6:30pm- Welcome, intro, guidelines and then the GAME STARTS. please arrive promptly to grab a name tag. This is a social experience, please strive to show up on time it only works if we all work together!
6:30-7:30pm Make new girlfriends in our speed friending event
7:30pm Exchange contact information, mingle with others,leave feeling good you did something courageous and tried something new to make an intentional friend!

One- This is a social experiment, and for it to work we all need to work together.
If you sign up and later realize you cannot make it, we understand life happens. We just ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. This helps the experience feel smooth, respectful, and fun for everyone :)
