Sew a skirt and show it off

This is the update to our "at Home" sewalong. The start date of it was 1st February, end date 31st March.

Shall we now get together and show off our new skirt ? We would love you to tell us what you are making or have made in the comments section. Then come along to the meetup and show off your proud achievement!

It would be fantastic if you want to wear your new skirt. In addition to admiring your skirt, we would love to hear how you found making the project: if you learnt any new techniques or concepts, what you found worked well for you and if there are any areas dressmakers can watch out for where you felt things hadn't gone well.

If you are planning more skirts but haven't started yet: bring along the design idea (maybe photos or a sketch?) to show us, together with any pattern or magazines to show what it will look like. We want to be able to show each other all sorts of ideas and designs to inspire and motivate.

I thought EV would be a good venue for this, because we can take up as much space there as we want to. And their food and drink offer is a nice change to the usual coffee shop ranges.
