Join us every Wednesday at 5 PM for a thriving and professional networking event for filmmakers, actors and film enthusiasts! We gather at the Emporium food court, specifically behind the Grill'd Burger Restaurant, in the CBD - not the Melbourne Station location. Come rain or shine, we haven't missed a single week in the last six months.
Our group has grown substantially over the past months, with a consistent turnout of 25+ members each week. This includes both new faces and many returning regulars, creating a vibrant and diverse community.
Do you have a friend who's also into filmmaking? Bring them along! We believe in the power of networking and collaboration, and what better way to foster that than to invite your filmmaking buddies to join in the fun. It's a great way to integrate new members into our group, and it helps us grow our community even more.
Whether you're a writer, actor, animator, or independent filmmaker, come chat about your experiences, current projects, or favorite films. This gathering is designed to connect like-minded individuals, foster new friendships, and provide opportunities for collaboration.
At 7 PM, we transition from the casual atmosphere of the Emporium food court to a nearby bar/restaurant for dinner, and the networking continues into the night. To make it easy for us to spot each other, please wear something yellow. Plus, our location offers free WiFi.
