Weekly Theatre Classes - Act and Connect

Join us for weekly theatre classes with Carmo Bebiano every week on Thursdays from 19.00 - 21.00 (or mornings 10.00 - 12.00). No experience is needed. For Adults 21+

Who is this for? This is for expats, locals and digital nomads, and for anyone curious about theatre, looking to break routine, meet new people, and explore creativity in a fun, supportive environment.

What you'll experience? Improvisation and expression games, acting techniques, understanding text, moment to moment work, creative and social group moments, final performance.

About the classes: For Adults 21+.Classes are 19.00 - 21.00 on Thursdays every week. Classes are also available from 10.00 - 12.00 on Thursdays if there is enough demand. Location will be announced to those that sign up to the class but will be in central Lisbon. Prices are 12 euros for the first introductory class, 30 euros per class or 25 euros for under 25s.

About Carmo Bebiano:
Carmo is a member and co-founder of Bluebird Theater Company, a collective of theater artists founded in New York City in October 2019 hailing from all corners of the Globe. She graduated from the Full-Time Conservatory Program at Atlantic Acting School in New York City 2019, and from ActforAll Escola de Actores, in Lisbon 2014. Carmo has also studied a semester at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute and has been involved in several workshops in production, movement and acting. She has a 2 year college study in Art History from NOVA University.
Carmo has collaborated and performed at Columbia University, Access Theater, Atlantic Stage 2, Braga Theater Company, Teatro do Bairro, Marvilha Library and Lisbon Botanical Garden.
