Clue! Play Reading at the Upper Place

Details
Join us to read through a play, script in hand. You don't need to memorise any lines, but you'll get the chance to read, and bring as much character and performance to your reading as you like. You don't have to read aloud if you don't want to, and there's no expectation of ability - we're an encouraging, good-natured group!
Our play this week is Clue, a murder mystery farce adapted from the 1980s film of the same name starring Tim Curry. It's fast paced and funny, with plenty for everyone to do. You can find the script here:

You'll find us in the meeting room at the Upper Place, a communal space and food hall above Nag's Head market on Seven Sisters Rd. Facilities available include multiple food stalls, coffee shop, water, a bar (alcohol only available if you order food - it's a licencing thing), and toilets.
You will need:
- a digital or physical copy of the text (see above)
- enthusiasm for theatre

Every 2 weeks on Thursday until December 21, 2025
