Jasdeep Khera, the founder of Yieldwink, LLC and Goldsher Group, LLC will outline some helpful tips and tools in analyzing real estate from a top-down approach - starting with geographic location, down to the zip code.

Presenter Bio:

Jasdeep Khera is the founder of Yieldwink, LLC and Goldsher Group, LLC. As the founder, he leads fundraising, deal origination, and property development. Prior to this venture, his role was as a Vice President at a $2B private credit firm based out of New York City. Mr. Khera advised over 10,000 financial advisors in the Midwest and New York City area on alternative investments. Prior to that role, he was an Advisor Consultant at the largest privately-held, $200B mutual fund firm based in Jersey City, NJ. He also has experience in actuarial-risk sales at a Fortune 500 company. It was as a financial wholesaler that Jasdeep determined there must be a more efficient way for investors to access alternative investments. The inefficiencies Jasdeep witnessed in his career served as the catalyst to create a brand new type of investment platform- Yieldwink.com.

In addition, Jasdeep is an expert real estate investor. He designed a proprietary model for identifying and valuing both urban and rural investment properties, located anywhere in the United States. Mr. Khera holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from The City College of New York. Jasdeep currently resides in Astoria, New York. In his spare time, he is an avid fan of reading non-fiction, boxing, chess, world war history, and his Shiba Inu, Coconut.
