Real estate is a great alternative to diversify your investments beyond the stock market. However, while it is easy to build a stock or bond portfolio, it is not that easy to build a balanced and diversified real estate portfolio. A balanced portfolio of residential and commercial investments should include multi-family apartments, retail centers, self-storage, hotels and land development. Badri has extensive investment experience spanning a large variety of assets including real estate, stocks, bonds, crypto currencies, commodities, options and angel investing.
He has co-founded two start-ups and has extensive management experience leading large teams at a Fortune 500 company. He has an MBA in Marketing & Finance and a Masters in Computer Science.
