Rayan Rafay, Co-Founder at Fraction: People 45+ have largely been ignored by FinTech and PropTech innovation. We think they deserve better. We are working to offer socially conscious finance for people as they live and age.

Presenter Bio:

Rayan Rafay is currently COO/CFO & Co-Founder at Fraction and Chair of the Frontier College Foundation. Rayan is also co-founder of Investment Frontier, a Frontier Markets investment hub, and Shalifay a seed-stage investor and manager of a single-family rental portfolio in the Midwest.

Previously, Rayan was COO/CFO and Chief Investment Officer at Unison, a Citi and RBC-backed PropTech start-up that created the home co-investment space. Rayan ran one of Canada's largest pension funds and managed Treasury Risk for Teck Resources. Previous experience includes Economic Development for the Government of Canada in the Arctic and Equity Trading for HSBC in Hong Kong.

Rayan is based in the Bay Area with his wife and three kids.
