John Errico, Co-Founder at Liberty Hudson Capital will describe the benefits to starting a private equity fund for real estate investing, the business and legal considerations involved, some pitfalls, and his own experiences.

Presenter Bio:

John Errico is a Yale and Cornell educated attorney, and full-time real estate investor. He primarily buys single family and small multi-family properties throughout the greater NYC area with a particular (recent) focus on short term rentals in Atlantic City.

He bought his first investment property in 2014, and currently manages a portfolio with several million dollars of real estate assets. He runs Liberty Hudson Capital, a small private equity fund, a construction company servicing his assets, and a property management company.
