### What to Expect

• Classes last about 2 hours.
• We'll meet together to watch and discuss the videos and do activities.
• food will be provided for free.
• The facilitator will provide snacks and others are welcome to bring something to share.
• childcare will be provided for free.
• Ages: 18mo-4yrs, 5-10yrs, 11-18yrs
• Children welcome to attend the class with parent. Separate activities will be available. Young Adults 14+ highly encouraged to join the class. Please contact the class leader in advance.
