About us

Most people don’t struggle with knowing what to do with money.
They struggle with actually doing it—consistently.

This group is built around a simple idea:

Financial progress is easier (and more sustainable) when it’s social.
***
What this group is:

This is a virtual, participation-driven group focused on improving financial habits through short, structured challenges.

Instead of just talking about budgeting, saving, or debt reduction, we:

  • Join challenges together
  • Share progress along the way
  • Learn from each other in real time

Think of it as a “fitness group for your finances”—but with accountability, not just advice.

***

How it works

  • Challenges are posted as “events” (typically lasting 1–4 weeks)
  • You can join any challenge that fits your goals
  • Participation is simple:
    • Check in periodically
    • Share updates, wins, or struggles
    • At the end, reflect on what worked (and what didn’t)

Examples of challenges might include:

  • No-spend weeks
  • Saving streaks
  • Expense tracking sprints
  • Small habit resets

***

This group will work best for you if:

  • You want to take action, not just read or learn
  • You’re open to sharing progress (even imperfectly)
  • You like the idea of accountability and encouragement from others
  • You’re willing to experiment with small changes

***

A note on expectations

This is not:

  • Financial advice
  • A place for judgment or comparison

It is:

  • A place to try, fail, adjust, and improve
  • A group that works because members participate, not just observe

***

Over time
As the group grows, active members may have the opportunity to:

  • Suggest new challenges
  • Help lead or host them

The goal is to build a community where progress compounds—because people do it together.
