Find Your People: Winterthur short film festival

Join us on Friday for a fun, not-too-serious excursion to one of our cultural highlights of the year: the Short Film Festival in Winterthur.

It's always a delightful lucky dip: in a two-hour programme, there will be good, bad (but rarely boring) short films: normally five in total, each lasting around 15-20 minutes and subtitled in English.

Our evening runs like this:

• Meet in the foyer of the Maxx cinema in Winterthur, at 7pm
• We'll hand out score cards (we will rate for interesting concept, execution etc - note this is not an entirely scientific or serious exercise)
• Watch short film; rate short film; repeat x 5
• When the programme's over (around 9.30pm), go to a nearby pub and compare notes

The journey to Winterthur is also short: around 15-20 minutes from Zürich HB. I'll book tickets based on how many people have signed up by Wednesday evening. After that, you must buy your own ticket.
