With its new season, **Community Service Day** will be a great chance to have volunteers tackle **winter clean-up** **tasks** and **spring gardening projects**.
Walnut Creek Civic Pride Foundation is pleased to announce some exciting changes in 2025 and 2026. Based on community input, we’re introducing two events for the coming year, extending across two seasons: A stand-alone \*\*[Community Food Drive ](https://www.walnutcreekca.gov/Home/Components/Calendar/Event/19012/Volunteers%20will%20collect%20food%20donations%20at%20grocery%20stores,%20in%20neighborhoods,%20and%20at%20schools,%20places%20of%20worship,%20and%20local%20community%20gatherings.)\*\*for Fall 2025 and a traditional **Community Service Day** in Spring 2026
